Since our humble beginnings of 1948 when the club was formed by a group of ex-servicemen as the University of Western Australia “Associates”, “Soaks” has grown to become the largest and most successful Club in Western Australia. Today the Club has over 500 Senior and Junior players, and over 2000 members ranging from local community supporters to our Soaks Old Boys Association. We attract players from around the Globe and our famous, (sometimes infamous) , and welcoming, club culture is recognised world-wide.
Our Clubhouse at Allen park is one of the finest rugby facilities in Western Australia, and is a hive of activity during the playing season, and an important place for current and past players, supporters and community members to gather, socialise and watch the most competitive and entertaining rugby this state has to offer. Our Premier Grade games often attract over 2000 spectators in support of our team.
Our coaching staff, talent identification programs, and rugby academies are recognised as the premier club programs in the state, and are the perfect environment to nurture and pathway emerging rugby talent.
Soaks Rugby Club prides itself on community engagement and family support and is closely aligned with the Fathering Project. Contact us or simply come down and introduce yourself into the Soaks family
We look forward to seeing you – UP SOAKS!
